AMDC holds Irish dance classes for girls & boys aged 3+ in various locations across Kent and Newcastle. The school currently has over 250 members, and holds classes catered to all abilities from complete beginner to World Championship standard. Our classes are organised by ability rather than age group, as we strongly believe in 'stage, not age!'  In addition to our regular classes, AMDC holds many After School Clubs in local primary schools, offers professional performances for various events and takes part in both local and international competitions. The school is registered with An Coimisiun le Rinci Gaelacha.

We are proud to have raised many dancers from complete beginners through to Championship standard. Over the years, our dancers have been awarded a total of 19 World Medals, and have achieved Top 5 in every major Championship; The World Championships, All Ireland Championships, North American National Championships, British National Championships, Great Britain Championships and the All Scotland Championships. The school has also achieved 3 major titles - a Great Britain Champion, All Scotland Champion and British National Champion.

Our aim at AMDC is to offer more than just a dance class for your child. We aim to give children a friendly & welcoming learning environment, that builds children's confidence whilst encouraging dedication to achieving personal goals, working both individually and as a team, and falling in love with the process.
